How fast can I be live?
24 hours from signup. We onboard you, train Nova on your website, service catalog and FAQs, set up call forwarding from your existing number, and run a test pass before flipping it live. You can pause or kill it anytime from your dashboard.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website, your list of services and prices, your hours and service area, and how you want appointments booked. We ingest your site automatically and confirm the details with you. If it's already on your website, Nova already knows it.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We slot Nova in front of your existing line via call forwarding. After-hours, on overflow, when you're driving — Nova picks up. During hours your team can still answer first if you want.
Do I need new hardware or software?
None. No new phone, no app to install, no system to rip out. Nova works through call forwarding on the number you already have. If you want the web chat widget too, it's one line of code on your site.
Can I change Nova's script, answers or voice later?
Anytime. Your services, prices and answers update whenever your business changes. On Omnichannel and Agentic Live, our team tunes Nova on an ongoing basis from real call transcripts — she gets sharper the longer she's on your line.

Can it speak Spanish? Mandarin? Vietnamese?
Yes. English and Spanish are standard on Omnichannel and Agentic Live, with other languages available on request. Nova detects the caller's language and matches automatically. Don't lose the bilingual market in your service area.
Can Nova use a custom or cloned voice?
Nova ships with a polished default voice. A custom voice that matches your brand is available on Agentic Live and Enterprise, scoped per engagement. We'll tell you honestly what's possible for your use case before you pay for it.

How much does it cost?
Three plans plus custom: Reception $299/mo (solo operators), Omnichannel $599/mo (growing teams that book appointments — most popular), Agentic Live $1,200/mo (multi-service and higher volume), and Enterprise (custom). All cheaper than the jobs a missed call costs you. Annual billing saves ~8% and waives setup.
Is this a limited-time price — will my rate go up?
Yes — these are flash pricing rates. Our list rates are higher (Omnichannel $799, Agentic Live $1,699) and these rates will rise for new customers over time. The rate you sign at is the rate you keep — lock it in now and you're grandfathered, even after list prices go up.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Each plan includes a generous minute pool (200 / 600 / 2,000 mins per month). If you exceed it, overage is just $0.49/min — far cheaper than the revenue a single booked job brings in. Most businesses never hit their cap.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time setup fee that covers the custom build and training of your AI receptionist ($299 / $699 / $1,499 by tier). It is waived entirely when you choose annual billing.
What's the catch on annual pricing?
Annual saves you ~8% effective AND waives setup. It's billed with a 12-month commitment — not prepaid upfront. You're not floating us cash. We just want skin in the game from both sides.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't do a free trial — building and training your custom receptionist takes real onboarding work. Instead you're protected by our guarantee: live in 24 hours or setup is on us, a free re-training month if Nova isn't booking leads, and a refund of your most recent month if she still isn't a fit. Does it integrate with my CRM or calendar?
Every lead and booking request drops to you instantly by SMS and email, so it works with whatever you already use. Live two-way calendar sync (Google Calendar / Outlook) and CRM hookups are on our roadmap and available now as a scoped, custom integration on Agentic Live and Enterprise — built per engagement. We'll always tell you honestly what's live now vs. custom — no vaporware.
Can Nova handle appointment booking?
Nova captures the booking on the call — the caller's name, number, reason, and preferred time — and instantly texts and emails it to you to confirm. Live two-way calendar sync (Google Calendar / Outlook) is on our roadmap and available today as a scoped custom integration on Agentic Live and Enterprise.
Legal, data & trust
Is this legal? My customers might not like AI.
Nova discloses it's an AI assistant in its first sentence — compliant with CA SB1001 and similar laws everywhere. Recording disclosure is two-party-consent ready. We did the legal homework so you don't have to.
What happens to my call data?
Recordings and transcripts are stored on YOUR account, exportable anytime, and never used to train other models or sold. Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is yours.

Can I cancel? What's your guarantee?
Three layers of guarantee: (1) Live in 24 hours or your setup fee is on us. (2) If Nova isn't booking leads after 30 days, we spend the next month re-training her on your business at no extra charge. (3) If after that she still isn't a fit, full refund of your most recent month. Setup is non-refundable — it covers the custom build. Monthly plans cancel anytime through Stripe; annual plans honor the 12-month commitment but you can downgrade tiers.
